Blueberry cobbler made on the grill? You bet!
You can make just about everything on the grill. Breakfast, sandwiches, dinner standbys, you name it. They are all great for cooking over an open (grill) flame.
So, why not dessert too? Grilled peaches are always a big hit. But what about a dessert that’s traditionally made in the oven? Can that be made on the grill too?
Yes, of course!
Blueberry Cobbler on the Grill is an easy, fast dessert with only a few ingredients.
Toss it together and slap it on the grill when you start eating dinner, and it’ll be ready when you’re done.
There is a trick to this dessert though. You can’t put the biscuits on the cobbler until it’s almost done cooking. They cook (and burn) fast, so you need the blueberries to be pretty much done before you add the simple topping. Then just be sure you pull the cobbler off the grill before the biscuits get too dark.
Want to make this dessert extra special? Serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The warm berries and cold ice cream are a killer combination.
