1. Tortilla Toppers
Progresso Chicken Cheese Enchilada soup pairs perfectly with flour tortillas which have been cut into shapes with a cookie cutter and fried in vegetable oil (heated to medium heat) until golden brown. Add a few slices of cheese cut in the same shapes and you’ve got a festive fiesta just waiting to be served:
