Hey there, Hungry! You’ve got two hands – so use one to grab a mini deep-dish pizza, and the other to — well — grab another! These 3-meat treats are quick, tasty, and tres fabu!

When it comes to pizza, everyone’s got their favorite version. There’s the thin, crispy crust of a NYC pizza. A stacked, Chicago-style pizza. The sweet bite of tomato sauce and roasted veggies if you want to eat it like they do in the OC.

Whatever your favorite version of pizza is, prepare to move it on over, because these little Deep Dish Mini Tin Pizzas are so cute, they will wiggle their way right into your heart. They taste like a pizza dream: rich, hearty, and oh-so-simple to bake. You’re going to love them!

To make your own batch of Deep Dish Mini Tin Pizzas, pop open a tube of Pillsbury Simply French Bread, then unroll it into a flat sheet. Cut it into 8 evenish squares. They don’t have to be perfect. Kinda like my grammar in this sentence.

Press that dough right into a muffin tin which has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. You’re halfway there! How easy is this recipe?!

Simply Bread in Muffin Tins for Crust

Toss a wee bit o’ homemade sauce right into each cup of dough. Yeah, that sounded Irish. Don’t ask.

Pizza Sauce for Mini Pizza Cups

Fill ‘er up! Sausage and bacon bits pretty much seal the deal.

Cheese, please. A good, hefty sprinkling, thank you.

Pepperoni finds its way up top. Yeah, now the deal is officially sealed. Pop it all in the oven and bake until golden brown and bubbly. Then open your mouth and feed yer face.

Pepperoni on Mini Pizzas

Yep, that one there sounded Southern. It’s been a long day. Which is why we need mini deep dish pizzas NOW! Let’s eat!

I replaced sausage & bacon with diced ham and made 12 instead of 8. I served them with salad and corn on the cob. It was a yummy, not too heavy, dinner for my family of 4 with leftovers to take in my lunch the next day. Def’n a hit!
