Grab your olives and get ready to fall in love with this insanely good Greek meets Mex twist on tacos!

Ditch your usual ho-hum tacos and try these suckers on for size! Richly seasoned ground beef is popped into a taco shell, then topped with marinated artichokes, fireroasted tomatoes, spinach, olives, and feta. A 30-second balsamic vinaigrette finishes these gems off in style.

Here’s how to get them in your belly quick.

Cook up a pan of ground beef. Instead of seasoning it with taco mix, sprinkle some dry Italian dressing mix right on top of your meat. It lends incredible, zesty flavor and costs less than a dollar!

Recipe for Greek Tacos

Take a minute to whip up this 30-second super snazzy balsamic drizzle for your tacos. Just a whisk of oil and vinegar and you’ve got the ultimate topper for your tacos!

Easy Balsamic Dressing

Just make sure you whisk your balsamic drizzle really well! It tastes sooo much better that way!

Whisk Balsamic Vinaigrette

You’ll also want to grab a box of Old El Paso taco shells. Yep, just the standard Mexican food fare.

Then, prep the other ingredients. Chop some marintated artichokes and pitted kalamata olives. Drain a can of Muir Glen fireroasted, diced tomatoes. Grab some fresh spinach and feta cheese, too. Greek wouldn’t be the same without feta!

Muir Glen Organic Tomatoes

With meat cooked and ready to rock, simply layer your spinach on the bottom of each taco shell, then top with seasoned meat.

Sprinkle on the rest of the toppings.

Then finish it off with some of that homemade balsamic drizzle.
