Don’t be shy — come on, and add some booze to that childhood favorite, the root beer float. Hey, it already has beer in the name, right?
Are you thinking what we’re thinking? St. Paddy’s Day! And here’s just the last-minute treat you’re waiting for: Stout Beer Floats.
This seriously couldn’t be easier. Pop the cap, scoop the cream, add a straw and you’re on your way to stout heaven. That exists, right?
Find two glasses and someone to drink the other glass.
Fill each with half a bottle of chilled Guinness. You’ll want some room at the top.
Add a scoop (or two) of creamy vanilla ice cream. Watch out for spillage!
If you’re feelin’ it, add a straw and devour!
Want one yet? Here’s the recipe!
