Are you thinking what we’re thinking? St. Paddy’s Day! And here’s just the last-minute treat you’re waiting for: Stout Beer Floats.

This seriously couldn’t be easier. Pop the cap, scoop the cream, add a straw and you’re on your way to stout heaven. That exists, right?

Find two glasses and someone to drink the other glass.

Fill each with half a bottle of chilled Guinness. You’ll want some room at the top.

Add a scoop (or two) of creamy vanilla ice cream. Watch out for spillage!

Add Ice Cream to Guinness Beer

If you’re feelin’ it, add a straw and devour!
