Grab a spade–er–spoon, and dig into our cute little Carrot Cookie Cups.

Spring is in the air! And on the ground! And in your kitchen! And with these fun, simple cookie cups, you can celebrate spring in style!

Whether you’re getting your kids busy in the kitch with a make-your-own edible craft, or serving them up as a festive garden party dessert, these super cool cookie cups are sure to entice Easter bunnies and all sorts of other adorable creatures to the table!

Here’s how:

Bake up a batch of orange-tinted sugar cookies. To get that cute, carrot shape, you can squeeze a metal heart-shaped cookie cutter until elongated and “carrot-shaped.”

Carrot Cookies

Spoon some pre-made chocolate pudding into the bottom of a small cup.

Add Pudding to Plastic Cups

Top with crushed Cocoa Puffs to give your cups that authentic “dirt” look. It’s like a little, edible garden!

Add Cocoa Puffs "Dirt"

Grab some blue & green fruit roll-ups

Use Fruit Roll-Ups as Leaves

Use a clean pair of scissors to cut the green portion from the Fruit Roll-Ups.

Fruit Roll-Ups

Snip each green piece of Fruit Roll-Up into two small squares. Then, use your scissors to snip each square into an “hourglass” shape, with jagged edges.

Fruit Roll-Ups as Carrot Leaves

A small dollop of frosting on top of each carrot will allow you to drape these little Fruit Roll-Up “leaves” securely over the top of each cookie.

Fruit Roll-Up "Stems"

Gently press your cookies into the dirt cups. If you’re feeling crafty, you can make little “carrot” signs and glue them onto sucker sticks, then gently press the sucker sticks into the pudding.
