1. Blueberry Coconut Rum Cheesecake
Start with: A pre-made plain cheesecake from the store
You add: In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of sugar mixed with 1/3 cup of coconut rum to a boil. Remove from heat, toss in 2 cups of fresh blueberries, then pour those babies on top of your cheesecake and top with a mint sprig.
2. Banana Caramel Toasted Pound Cake
Start with: A pre-made poundcake from the store
You add: A schmear of butter on each side of your sliced poundcake. Grill on a hot griddle until both sides of the cake are golden brown. Top with fresh sliced bananas, caramel ice cream sauce, and whipped cream.
3. Snickers Extreme Cake
Start with: A chocolate cake with whipped frosting from your local bakery
You add: A hefty drizzle of chocolate and caramel ice cream sauces, and a sprinkling of chopped Snickers bars. If you’re feeling crazy, toss on a handful of peanuts, too!

Start with: A store-bought poundcake, angel food cake, or vanilla bundt cake into 1/2″ cubes.
