Say “Merry Chex Mix!” with this frosty little snack mix that’s perfect for parties and presents alike.

This recipe is brought to you by the little Christmas mouse that is apparently living under my fridge. Tell me it’ll go away once I feed it this awesome White Christmas Chex Mix and otherwise ignore its quirky little squeaks. I don’t have it in me to do anything more than wish it away.

Ingredients for Christmas Chex Mix recipe.

To make this deeelishy Chex Mix, you’re gonna need just a few really easy-to-nab ingredients, and a pair of headphones. It’s the best way to cook while otherwise ignoring said Christmas kitchen mouse. Also, rocking out while cooking? Get on board with it.

Start with Rice Chex cereal.

Start ‘er up with Rice Chex. You can use any of the other Chex flavors, but Rice Chex offers such a great, simple flavor, and the light crunch pairs perfectly with all the other goodies we’re gonna throw in here.

Add melted white chocolate to the Chex cereal.

Like, oh, you know…white chocolate. Oodles and goodles of it. Yes goodles is a word. Yes, you may lick the spoon.

Mix the white chocolate into the cereal.

Stir. Toss. Mix. Shake your groove thing. Ignore the scritchy scratches of the recipe-sponsoring mouse. It’s the holidays. We all deserve a little good cheer and a nice, warm kitchen to hang out in.
