Start this before you leave the house and come back to hot, homecooked beef and broccoli. Over rice, it’s like Chinese take out — minus the hassle and cost!

Hey you. You know what you want on this cold, winter night? Chinese take-out, baby. Who doesn’t? There’s nothing quite so delicious as a hot bowl of Chinese take-out for dinner. Rich, delicious bits of beef and broccoli in a savory sauce.

But you don’t have to blow the bank, wait for the delivery man, or sit around wishing for some tasty food, because this recipe rocks it all….right in your slow cooker!

To get this in your mouth easy as can be-sy, you’re gonna need this simple lineup of ingredients. Yup. That’s like not even six ingredients. Are you awesome right now, or what?

So here’s how it’s gonna go down. Stay with it. The complexity level here is, like, nonexistent…

 

Add beef and onions to slow cooker pot.

Beef meets slow cooker.

 

Add Progresso Recipe Starters.

Recipe Starters meets beef.

 

Add a packet of gravy mix.

Gravy mix meets Recipe Starters.

 

Add soy sauce.

Soy Sauce meets the whole bunch.

Cover. Set. Cook all day.I mean, for reals. This stuff is easy!!

 

During the last half hour of cooking, add the broccoli.

About a half hour before serving, toss your broccoli right on in there. Toss Toss. Cook cook. Prepare to chop chop right  on top of rice, and right into yer mouth.
