Salmon with personality! That’s this super easy Teriyaki Salmon recipe that has only 4 quick ingredients.
After eating a lot of junk food I find my body naturally wanting a detox from all things processed and unhealthy.
My go-to for this is always salmon. It’s easy, full of nutrients, and puts you right back on the healthy eating train.
This 4-Ingredient Teriyaki Salmon easily comes together with some sliced onions, garlic, and a littler teriyaki sauce drizzled on top.
Whoever said eating healthy is too much work has not tried this recipe.
You want to start by laying each piece of salmon on it’s own rectangle of foil. You’ll see what we do later with the foil but for now that’s all. Sprinkle your minced garlic and sliced onions on top.
Then add a couple of tablespoons of teriyaki sauce over all of it.
Then put an equal-sized piece of foil on top and fold up the sides tightly creating an air-tight packet. Cooking it this way ensures that the onions get soft and the steam will cook the salmon perfectly, infusing all of the flavors. How easy was that?
Prepare them ahead of time and pop them in the oven when ready to bake. Serve it with a green salad for a balanced and healthy meal.
Go Fish!
